True story: Sometimes when I write one of my male characters, I look for a 'picture' of him. Well, I found one of Brad and thought perfect. But as I kept writing, I realized I'd gotten in wrong. It just didn't fit. Even one of my critiquers said the character reminded her of Johnny Depp. So I gave in and made his blonde hair brown. : )
